✦ Commissions ✦

  • 1. Payment/Commercial Price

    After filling out the Google Form, I will send out an invoice that must be paid in full before receiving an email (unless there are matters to discuss beforehand).

    If the commissioned artwork is for commercial use, a 100% fee will be added to the final price.

    Commercial use includes (but is not limited to): Use by influencers on social media (YouTube, VTubers, streaming, etc.), selling prints or using in merchandise, any other for-profit purposes.

    2. Will Draw/Will Not Draw

    ✅ I will draw

    • Original Characters.
      Real people (with hoto reference provided).

    • Characters/ships from other media /fandoms that I’m not in or familiar with.

    • Fantasy style characters (e.g. FFXIV, WoW, D&D characters, etc.).

    • Anthropomorphic characters or other species (e.g. tabaxi, dragonborn).

    • Yumeships/OC x Canon ships

    • A little sexiness, boudoir, pin up, characters kissing.

    ❌ I will NOT draw

    • Straight up NSFW

    • Mecha/sci-fi art style (techwear is fine though)

    • Realism (real people will be drawn stylized)

    • Copying other's art styles

    3. Timeline ⚠️NEW

    Requires 2 weeks at minimum. May possibly take up to 2 months if there is a long queue, but never more than 3 months.

    You can pay a rush fee for priority. This is only applicable with Chibi, Option A, and Option B commission types. 

    4. Character Design Fee

    You must pay a Character Design fee (100$USD) if you do not have any clear references for a character.

    BUT if your character is simple enough to draw with the use of some references/inspiration, I’ll omit the design fee :)

    5. Communication

    Communication for commissions is via email only. 

    But if you have questions, feel free to DM/@ me on social media, or from my Contact page.

    6. Rights, Usage & Credits

    I retain original copyright and ownership of the artwork, which includes redistributing, reproducing, advertising, displaying the commission on my websites, social media and portfolios. I have rights to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.

    You are free to use this for personal purposes, which includes:

    • Sharing on social media

    • Social media profile pictures/headers

    • PC/phone wallpapers

    • Personal website display

    • Physical prints (that are not for sale)

    • Modifying the colors, elements, or background (if a transparent background file is provided)

    If have need for other uses, please email me for clarification. Crediting is not necessary but appreciated. Just a “by samijen“ is fine :)

    Any images including the sketches and final artwork must NOT be used for AI (Artificial Intelligence), Machine Learning, AI/ML Training, NFT, blockchain or any for profit platforms or purposes, and in any future technology. Such usage will result in legal action taken.

    7. Cancellation/Refunds

    • 100% refund if sketch has not started.

    • 50% refund if in “Sketching” phase, but not finalized.

    • No refunds will be provided beyond the final sketch being completed.

    If I cannot complete the commission, I will provide a full refund.

    8. Agreement

    By commissioning, you confirm you are at least 18 and above and agree to all of the terms of service as listed above.

    You acknowledge the product is DIGITAL and there is no physical shipped goods to receive. Chargebacks are not permitted and the refund policy as mentioned before will be followed. The date for this agreement is upon the first inquiry/communication for the commission or upon the first transaction made.

  • Where are you shipping from?

    Thailand! 🐘

    • How long will it take to receive my charm/standee?

    Once the art is complete, I’ll have it manufactured immediately. Production can take from 5-10 days.

    Shipping time usually takes about 2-4 weeks, but can take up to 6 weeks to deliver. If longer than that, then it's most likely being shipped back to me due to incorrect address, or you weren't home at the time of delivery (this happened surprisingly often 😅).

    • Do I have to pay duty or import charges?

    When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. These charges are not included in the price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the your responsibility, and not the mine. You are responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing my products. 

    • I made a mistake on my shipping address!

    Contact me as soon as possible with your correct details! Updates cannot be made once packages have dispatched. 

    I do not offer refunds if parcels do not arrive due to incorrect address details, and will need to collect an additional shipping cost to reship it to the correct address.

    • I made a mistake on my shipping address, and the package is “Returned to Sender”. Can you edit the address and ship it to me again?

    Of course! Please let me know the correct address, and I’ll repack and reship your order👍
    However, you MUST pay for the shipping fee again! This is due to an error on your end, and not mine 🥲

    • My tracking number doesn't work...

    I may have mistyped it! Contact me and I'll double check it for you 😅

    • What is your return and exchange policy?

    All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges available after checkout is complete. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

    • My charm/standee is damaged!

    Please send me a photo of the damaged product and I will arrange an alternative.

    • I think my order is lost...

    If you think your order is lost, please contact and inform me about the situation. I'll need your cooperation in contacting the postal service in your country. There's not much I can do about orders that have been dispatched, but we might be able to track it down together 💪🥲
