TERMS OF SERVICE

After filling out the Google Form, I will send out an invoice that must be paid in full before receiving an email (unless there are matters to discuss beforehand).
If the commissioned artwork is for commercial use, a 100% fee will be added to the final price.
Example:
Half-body, simple style: $95
+Extra character: $30
= $125
+Commercial fee: $100%
= $250Commercial use includes (but is not limited to):
Use by influencers on social media (YouTube, VTubers, streaming, etc.)
Selling prints or using in merchandise
Any other for-profit purposes

Original Characters.
Real people (with photo reference provided).
Characters/ships from other media /fandoms that I’m not in or familiar with.
Fantasy style characters (e.g. FFXIV, WoW, D&D characters, etc.).
Anthropomorphic characters or other species (e.g. tabaxi, dragonborn).
Yumeships/OC x Canon ships
A little sexiness, boudoir, pin up, characters kissing.

Straight up NSFW
Mecha/sci-fi art style
(Robots/warforged are fine but I need clear references)
Realism (real people will be drawn stylized)
Copying other's art styles

Requires 2 weeks at minimum. May possibly take up to 2 months if there is a long queue, but never more than 3 months.
You can email to be added to the waitlist, but I will only work on 3-4 slots at a time.
You can pay a rush fee for priority. This is only applicable with Chibi, Option A, and Option B commission types.
If you did not pay for priority and do not have a deadline, please do not rush me! :')

You must pay a Character Design fee (100$USD) if you do not have any clear references for a character.
BUT if your character is simple enough to draw with the use of some references/inspiration, I’ll omit the design fee :)

Communication for commissions is via email only.

I retain original copyright and ownership of the artwork, which includes redistributing, reproducing, advertising, displaying the commission on my websites, social media and portfolios. I have rights to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.
You are free to use this for personal purposes, which includes:
✅ Sharing on social media
✅ Social media profile pictures/headers
✅ PC/phone wallpapers
✅ Personal website display
✅ Physical prints (that are not for sale)
✅ Modifying the colors, elements, or background (if a transparent background file is provided)
If have need for other uses, please email me for clarification. Crediting is not necessary but appreciated. Just a “by samijen“ is fine :)
Any images including the sketches and final artwork must NOT be used for AI (Artificial Intelligence), Machine Learning, AI/ML Training, NFT, blockchain or any for profit platforms or purposes, and in any future technology. Such usage will result in legal action taken.

100% refund if sketch has not started.
50% refund if in “Sketching” phase, but not finalized.
No refunds will be provided beyond the final sketch being completed.
If I cannot complete the commission, I will provide a full refund.

By commissioning, you confirm you are at least 18 and above and agree to all of the terms of service as listed above.
You acknowledge the product is DIGITAL and there is no physically shipped goods to receive. Chargebacks are not permitted and the refund policy as mentioned before will be followed. The date for this agreement is upon the first inquiry/communication for the commission or upon the first transaction made.

Skip the entire waitlist to be at the top! I will (quite literally) drop everything to work on your commission to get it done as soon as possible. This requires you to respond to my emails promptly.
I will not refund this fee if I cannot meet your deadline due to a delayed communication on your part, and/or your indecisiveness on what you want in your commission.

This will be a collection of developed sketches, not a fully rendered/detailed character design sheet. This is to keep the price of this option low, and is for commissioners who wish to quickly visualize their characters based on a few references.

If you can’t come up with any ideas to commission your character, or are on a budget, I suggest this commission option!🫵
Just send me an image of your character, and I’ll draw them however I see fit!
Conditions
Will draw either 1 character or 2, half body size.
Simple Style will have a blank background. Full Color will have a minimally painted background.
You must send me a character reference image. It doesn’t have to be a full character reference sheet, just 1 clear image of your character is good enough (the more pics, the better though!)
You can also let me know a bit on their personality, it helps with posing! Or give some small suggestions~
You will not receive updates! You will be contacted again once the commission is complete.
ALL commissions will be posted to my social media.
No refunds under any circumstance. Please carefully consider the commission before buying a slot.
