• Where are you shipping from and where is your manufacture?

• How long will it take to receive my charm/standee?

Once the art is complete, I’ll have it manufactured immediately. Production can take from 5-10 days.

Shipping time usually takes about 2-4 weeks, but can take up to 6 weeks to deliver. If longer than that, then it's most likely being shipped back to me due to incorrect address, or you weren't home at the time of delivery (this happens surprisingly often 😅).

• I’ve commissioned chibi art from you before, can you turn that into a charm/standee?

Of course! Just pay for production and shipping.

• Can I send you my art/someone else’s art and have that produced into a charm/standee?

Nope, sorry! I’m not comfortable handling someone else’s art for production. Though I can absolutely give you advice on how to prep files for production and recommend some Chinese manufacturers.

• Do I have to pay duty or import charges?

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. These charges are not included in the price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the your responsibility, and not the mine. You are responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing my products. 

• I made a mistake on my shipping address!

Contact me as soon as possible with your correct details! Updates cannot be made once packages have dispatched. 

I do not offer refunds if parcels do not arrive due to incorrect address details, and will need to collect an additional shipping cost to reship it to the correct address.

• I made a mistake on my shipping address, and the package is “Returned to Sender”. Can you edit the address and ship it to me again?

Of course! Please let me know the correct address, and I’ll repack and reship your order👍
However, you MUST pay for the shipping fee again! This is due to an error on your end, and not mine.

• My tracking number doesn't work...

I may have mistyped it! Contact me and I'll double check it for you 😅

• What is your return and exchange policy?

Art commissions and sales are final. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges available after the commission is complete. Please decide carefully before commissioning.

• My charm/standee is damaged!

Please send me a photo of the damaged product and I will arrange an alternative.

• I think my order is lost...

If you think your order is lost, please contact and inform me about the situation. I'll need your cooperation in contacting the postal service in your country. There's not much I can do about orders that have been dispatched, but we might be able to track it down together 💪🥲
